LBJ Jaguar and High School All-American Swimmer Tyson Slesnick has accepted an athletic scholarship and signed a letter of intent to swim for NCAA Division I, Rutgers University in New Jersey.

 
Tyson, a four-time 4A UIL State qualifier, 2 year Team Captain and 2005 All-American in the 200 I.M. announced today that he choose Rutgers after taking recruiting visits to Washington, Missouri and N.C. State. Tyson was also recruited by Duke and Duquesne Universities.
